Timothy Greene has over 20 years experience as a former U.S. Immigration Service officer and more than 10 years experience as an Immigration Consultant. He graduated from the INS Academy of Immigration Law at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Glynco, Georgia. He held INS Officer Corps positions of Inspector, Examiner, Supervisory Legalization Officer, Asylum Officer and District Adjudication Officer. He has testified as a "recognized technical authority" in both administrative and judicial immigration proceedings and has taught Immigration Law and Procedure seminars for U.S. Congressional Aides. After retiring from the INS in 1996, he has assisted numerous international companies, professionals, investors and individuals in a wide variety of employment based and family based immigration, visa, “green card” and naturalization processes.
